Every piece of HOLZ furniture is guaranteed for life against defects in materials and workmanship. Not 2 years, not 5, not 10. Forever.
What does the warranty cover?
- Furniture structure (panels, joints, interlocking parts)
- Surfaces and finishes (veneers, oil)
- Hardware (drawer guides, hinges, mechanisms)
If any of these items have a defect due to materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
What it doesn't cover
- Normal wear (superficial scratches, signs of use)
- Accidental damage (bumps, falls, liquids)
- Changes made by third parties
- Improper use of furniture
How it works
- Write to us describing the problem
- We ask you for some photos to understand the situation
- We organize the collection or repair at your home
- The furniture returns as good as new, without costs
